Tim Baxter was raised in Seabrook, New Hampshire, and graduated from the Peddie School of New Jersey in 2016. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from George Washington University in 2020. Prior to running for office, Tim was the President of the non-profit Second Chances. He formed Second Chances, to help those struggling with addiction get into treatment. Tim has always sought to help those in his community. Growing up Tim was blessed to have his brother Taylor in his life. Taylor was born with a rare form of special needs called Williams Syndrome, and today he lives in a wonderful group home — but that home was nearly forced to close down. Tim got involved, raised the funds, and helped them stay open. Soon after, Tim decided to run for political office, becoming one of the youngest State Representatives in New Hampshire. Tim currently represents Seabrook and Hampton Falls in the New Hampshire House. He founded and operates his business investing in and restoring rental properties throughout New Hampshire. He enjoys spending time with his family including three siblings, volunteering for political causes, and attending local community events. During his time in office, Tim took on key fights in the State House. Standing for the Second Amendment, fighting vaccine passports, and helping craft tax cuts for families and small businesses as a member of the Ways and Means committee. Tim’s exemplary service earned him a 92% score from both the NRA and New Hampshire Firearms Association. As well as scoring a 94% from the New Hampshire Liberty Alliance. Tim has clearly demonstrated his commitment to Conservative values and the Republican effort.
